It is dedicated to the shareholder for whom it should provide a pictorial record of the numerous locations where thousands of people work for the prosperity of his company. After a brief historical review, the reader is taken to countries near and far, to the deep and open-cast mines, chemical, metallurgical and fabricating plants, whose combined activities form the fully integrated organisation of Alusuisse. The captions to the picture series give an introduction to the ligth metal industry and afford a greater understanding of the size and scope of our firm.
